My name is Elaine Sloane, I was born in Liverpool ( home of the Beatles) but moved to Wilmslow in Cheshire 35 years ago. I have one daughter Olivia who is 19. I have worked in the Travel industry for 35 years. Having spent so much of my life exploring " The World". I have now discovered my own beautiful country. I am passionate about sharing everything I know about my country with you. The freedom Grand Circle allows me in taking you to places not visited by most gives me a great buzz. I have some real treats in store!!
In my free time I am a very keen golfer, I play for 2 teams one in the UK the other in France. (Don't ask me about the French interpretation of the rules of golf!!). I do lots of walking and make regular visits to the gym. When I am at home I adore cooking and spend lots of time baking. Which is why I have to spend so much time in the gym!!
I share some similar values as Prince Charles in respect for old country traditions and respecting our environment for future generations. Remind me to share some of my " Royal stories" if you travel with me.
It is my privilege to share England Scotland and Wales with you. We meet as strangers but part as friends. That is what my aim is.
